Curb Appeal

You drive over the curb
And cut the fat off the ham
You smile and laugh
And let me try again
You sit next to me
I park next to you
You put the puzzle away
Assembled without glue
You try again
And own a disco ball
Peg boards on your walls
World turning large and forgiven
Yet no stone left unturned
Strong hands, young heart

You drive over the curb
